Professional Development

As a successful learning organisation, we believe that to achieve the highest standards for our pupils we must invest in the best professional development for all our staff. Our approach to Continuous Professional Development is what makes our school special. The development of pedagogic and subject based practice has been a key factor in raising the attainment and achievement of our pupils. We utilise and share best practice from our Masters Level research when developing a variety of research based programmes for staff. This includes opportunity to work with colleagues within school on lesson studies and research groups. All staff have the opportunity to learn from and with colleagues from local schools, alliances, universities and NCETM as part of their personalised professional development.
